How much food is there on this tour?

Generally, there is enough food served that most participants will be full by the end of the tour. We do recommend eating a light breakfast prior to our tours.

Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?

Advance purchase is required. Tickets can be purchased using a credit card CLICK HERE or call 1-800-838-3006. Tours are limited to 12 participants and typically sell out in advance.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please be sure and let us know on the registration form when purchasing tickets if you (or anyone in your group) have a dietary restriction (i.e. vegetarian, allergy, etc.). As long as we know in advance, we can accommodate your needs.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes. There is easy parking near our meeting spot. Parking details are provided with your ticket confirmation. There is metered street parking, a parking garage, and paid parking lot near meeting location.

Is this a good tour for locals?

Absolutely! Our food is delicious and we tell stories that are not generally known. Locals will enjoy experiencing all the new and exciting developments in the downtown area.

Can we book a private tour for a group?

Yes, please use our Group Tour Request Form and we’ll respond within 24 hours.

How much walking is there?

The tour encompasses 1.5 miles walking at a leisurely pace in a 3 hour time period .

Can children take the tour?

Yes, Open to all children but most appropriate for adults. Parents will know best whether their children should take a tour. Tours are 3 hours long and involve walking, standing, and listening. Parents should decide on a case-by-case basis whether our tours are appropriate for their child.

Are there bathrooms on the tour?

Yes, bathrooms are available at most, but not all stops on the tours. The tour guide will let the group know where restrooms are available. We do recommend that you use the facilities before meeting up for the tour, so that we can stay on schedule and maximize our tastings.

Does the tour leader accept gratuities?

Gratuities are greatly appreciated, but not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%.

Do we just walk around and eat?

No way! We explore and learn about culture, history, and architecture along the way. This helps your food digest between tastings.

What happens if it rains?

The tours are held rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, we will be able to go inside many of the establishments on the tour. We advise to check the weather conditions for your days event and dress appropriately.

What is included in my ticket price?

All food and drink tastings, restaurant gratuity, and a guided tour of the area are included in the ticket price.

Can I get a refund or reschedule my tickets?

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled because we have reserved space for you on the tour and with the restaurants.
